How do I find a practitioner to supervise?

I want to try the bloodroot on a spot on my face near my ear that has the ABCD's of melanoma. If it is a melanoma, it's a slow growing one, it has been there a long time, however, it flaked a few months ago and I think it may be growing in. I am scared to use this product in case something goes wrong and I have no one to advise me. Does anyone know how I can find a practitioner to help me?
