Re: How to eat hemp seed flour

I have no access to these grounded seeds. I've seen the whole seeds at the health food store, but they were very expensive.

I can find the flour for a low cost in my opinion, 3.99$CA for 1 pound. Moneywise, it is my only possibility.

I'm mainly interested in hemp for the protein and the nutrients it contains, I already supplement with EFAs.
