Yeah still had more candida in the toilet this morning

I have only been juicing on cucumber, cabbage, tomato, celery, onion.....mixes of these veg. They are all bloody foul, but hanging in there. Seen way more die-off than in my 4 months on the diet. I'm going to go on the raw diet after this too.

How long should i do the fast for maximum effect anyone?

I think it works so well because it allows the digestive system to rest, and fully fight the candida. Green apples and carrots are feeding the candida, you won't get ant die-off from doing that. It's blody testing, but if you can do it you will see results.
