Any thoughts on a Stye??

Sorry, I was not exactly sure what forum would be best to post this question but my husband has a stye and seems to get them periodically. Was just wondering if there was any natural thing that might work to ease it and get it to go away quicker? We are going on a trip in a few days and he is a little nervous about it. Thanks so much for any thoughts on this.
