What companies do you think make good clean supplements? I think some supplements are still necessary for good health but how do you know which companies to trust?
As far as skin care is concerned I found a few that seem very natural and are made by small companies that I trust. One is Aubrey's Organics, I love their Rosa Mosqueta line (for face and body) and then Lluvia by Amazon Herb, the purest skin care I've tried - it's all natural, has many benefcial herbs from Amazon and smells sooo great, all pure essential oils.
