Haha. Not much action around here, unfortunately.

I would not worry about splitting the dosages like you are suggesting. Do that if it works better for you.

As far as how long it takes probiotics to "work", there's no way to answer that. It depends on what your problem is and how extreme it is. I would expect to see some improvement within weeks if lack of good bacteria is part of your problem.

If you have an intestinal imbalance I'd make sure you are on a high fiber diet and taking fiber or an intestinal cleanse and also look into things like aloe vera juice, chlorella, L-Glutamine, slippery elm, etc.
