Ugly yellow mole "thing" on scalp???

I have had this for several years. I had it checked out about 3 years ago and the Dermo had some long name for it. She said she wasn't able to remove it because of type of mole it is. It is about the size of a dime and yellow. Whenever I have someone new cutting my hair I warn them because it feels like a large lump. I can't see it because of the location. My daughter said it is "nasty" looking and very yellow. I would love to rid myself of this thing but not sure where to start. I have done 19 Liver Flushes so far and have regained much of my health. It has not affected any moles, warts, skin tags etc. I would love to hear some suggestions. Thanks Gayle Tweet
