Just a point of fact, New Orleans has received no federal money yet. Supposedly, it is coming in billions, but not a dollar has hit NO yet. Some of the funds given by charity have...but, some.

Aid to the city and area does cost MONEY so they have received money.

Didn't I just see Pres. Bush say on tv that the US keeps it's promises? Surely you are wrong.

Since NO is private property the mistake was for the gov. to do or promise anything beyound rescue and limited aid. Tweet
