I have been on a diet roller coaster since I had my son 2 years ago, I swear the dieting has made me gain weight.. Now I know why people say that it will make you fat. I am just coming off Atkins. I really like the fact that I didn't get cravings while doing it, but the stomach cramps and feeling sick all the time... I am guessing that is not the diet for me. I read , "Eat right for your blood type" years ago. I no longer have the book. If I go by that , then Atkins is the opposite of what I should be doing. I feel healthier and better about myself when I eat vegetarian foods and whole grain products. Can someone here refresh my memory on this? And how is it working for everyone here?
