I dont have health problems. Im just an overall health seeker. I eat well. No diseases.I dont have access to a hot tub. But what I did do in the past was...I have limits....I would just lay in my bath tub of hot water epsom and baking soda,30 minutes then as I drained the water I would take a cool shower.
Or before I would turn the shower to hot, then to cold, then to hot. Really quickly though.
I do have a foot soak bath thing, can you get a good detox from only your feet? I dunno...!
Any more advice? So for sumone who lives in an apt with no hot tub in sight, what would u do?
Oh also... How many times should one do this>? Everyday>? Every other day? 1 time a week? Also, should u do it in the morn or night? Details? LOL!
