I just got a ACE Support Brace for my Bursitis that I have in my left elbow on the outside. I perused a few posts here and clearly, I've got to be one of the luckiest ones because I'm not in much pain. It's just that when it swells up, it restricts my movement. I just started working out at the gym about 3 months ago and I was really getting into it when I hurt my elbow. I believe it was the Preacher Curls that did it. There was allot of pressure on both elbows actually, but my left one swelled up. I worked out very little for the last month, but the swelling as gone down almost completely.
I just want to ask which brace is the best for my type of injury? I want to work out and work out medium to heavy. When it swells up, it also grinds too which drives me crazy. Is there a better one I should use or would a strap work better? From what I've read on the packages, it looks like the one I just bought should work the best, but I don't know. Anyway, thanks in advance!
