Heather (my wife) and I still use Iodine as a aupplement, but we are not on any kind of strict protocol with it like we did last year. We have about a half gallon of Lugol's to use when we want.

We will continue to use the Iodine ... but we are kind of on a longer term use of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement /sodium chlorite.

(at least until we feel completely alkalized; you know when this happens, cuz you feel like enterint the Ironman Triathlon, just for fun).
