MMS 1 day/week?

I fast one day a week, a time that I spend by myself and feel how ever I feel and let the body do what it needs to do.

I was wondering if I can use that day to do Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , instead of doing it every day.

Progress may be a bit slower, but if I'm going to vomit or have other reactions, then at least I'm in my own home without anyone raising an eyebrow or having to explain.
