I often also tend to rationalize my feelings out mentally so I can make sense out of everything and put them in neat little compartments so I can conveniently deal with them either later on..or mute them completely.
I need to just enjoy the emotions if positive and just accept the ones that are less then positive without feeling like it's the end of the world.You are right..I AM a thinker,wonder how you knew that lol.
I LOVE picking things apart,figuring out how things work,fixing things,etc.
