Re: Once Or Twice A Day?

I'm the one who posted about fibromyalgia. I'm now confused as to when I should take my mms - it didn't seem to talk about whether or not to take it at the same time as meds in JH's book... I must take meds in the morning, at 8:00 pm and at bedtime. I squeeze vit C in at lunch and bedtime.
I've been taking the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement right before breakfast, then taking my vitamins and meds with breakfast. Then I take the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement right before dinner. That's so I have 4 hours between vitamin C consumption and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Now I have to figure out how to take it 2 hours before or after all my meds? Help!

I had to lower my dose of mms recently because of too many stomach problems - I'm currently taking 2 drops before breakfast and 4 drops before dinner.
