Please help...Re. www.breathcure.com - Dr. Dailey - Has anybody worked with him?

They have an office in San Francisco. This guy works exculsively on Halotosis patients. He basically says every person that has come into his office he has cured their bad breath except for one person who he is still working with. Has anybody had an appointment with him or worked with him that can give me any backround? It is quite pricey but if he says what he can do than it is priceless. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated.
