I'm afraid that if I'll try to explain how the other elements of the nature molds the water into the natural spring water, you still won't be able to understand. That's why you need to read one book based on the discoveries of Viktor Schauberger.
The issue with minerals is still misunderstood. If the water is not matured thru all the natural cycle, then the minerals found in the water becomes more difficult to absorb so it will deposit wherever possible. The minerals in the matured water will not have this effect.
In fact the source of spring water I was talking about was accessible only by foot in a very small cave and there wasn't any drilled pipes there. The spring water was just flowing slowly with small pressure and it was coming from a crack in the rocks. There was lush vegetation around there and the air was very clean and inviting (like after a thunderstorm).
