A tapeworm segment can look like pieces of rice or if larger kind of pumped up cucumber seeds.

There are several different kinds of flukes. The tomato skin looking kind are liver flukes from what I've read. Also, it seems that each kind of fluke can appear differently depending on which life stage that they're in.
