Re: How can certain foods be bad for us?

Well, I don't have the book with me at the moment, but your blood's tendency to agglutenize, or make sticky clumps, is what's behind the Blood Type Diet science. Depending on your blood type, you agglutenize different foods. Agglutenization occurs when your body recognizes something as foreign and attacks it.

As far as your question regarding not eating beans, but eating Ezekiel bread, I'm not sure I understand. I eat Ezekiel bread all the time and I'm not aware of it containing any beans. That certainly would be a contradiction if it did. You should know that sprouted grains and legumes are a far different product than the unsprouted grains that are contained in your garden-variety bread products, even the "healthy" ones. Sprouting makes a tremendous difference in the nutritional content and the digestibility.

I hope this helps.

K.K.
