According to book 2 when you compare it to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement he says: Make sure it is made from sodium chlorite. Normally it is 1/8 of the strength of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
Still you need to use the activator. Just for maintenance you need 48 drops.
It sounds it will get somewhat expensive.
May be fireguy will come along, I think he has experience with the stabilized oxygen.
