I totally agree!

Ever since including Flaxseed Oil in my diet (I take it daily without fail!) and eating more fish, I find that my PMS problems have disappeared. I have not, however, tried the Blood Type Diet (I'm an "A" too). Do you know if this Blood Type Diet helps with weight loss? I'm curious to know if you or anyone else out there has had any success with weight loss while on the diet.
