I am confused, are full spectrum bulbs different than flourescent bulbs?

I have GE Energy Smart Compact Flourescent lightbulbs, that I purchased from Sam's Club, a few months back. As my bulbs needed replaced, that is what I put in.

If full spectrum is flourescent, then I seem to have these bulbs already. Which was approximately what you guys are stating.
