Yes, last year about this time I saw the recently revised noticed appended to 42USC. It was posted proudly at the cashiers's window of the local county courthouse. A big sign was taped to the window that separates the cashier from the public. It detailed the relevant Section 666....and people still have the nerve to characterize all of this as a "theory". For right now, at least in Pennsylvania, one must be registered with the mark of the beast AND must present said mark upon applying for a license for fishing, trapping and hunting; no mark, no license granted.
