I replied to your email but the filter system blocked it, so it didn't go through. Here is what I replied with.

My dentist's office is closed on Fridays. I did find the statement though, which is a miracle in itself. The only thing it says is APPLICATION OF DENSENSITIZING MEDICAMENT.



So, if you do have a dentist, you may just want to call and ask if they can apply densitizing medicament, they charged me $20.
