That supplement won't chelate metals.
Other than that, it depends on what mineral imbalances you have. With chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, mercury toxicity, magnesium is normally very low and that supplement contains more calcium than magnesium. It also contains copper which can cause problems when you chelating mercury.
Best to get a hair analysis first.

In the meantime, take antioxidants like vit C, vit E, selenium, b vits, fish oils, milk thistle and consider adrenal and thyroid support which are always indicated with fatigue/metal toxicity.
Good luck with the dentist trip. Ideally its best to get fillings out in stages rather than all at once. Also I hope it's a wholistic dentist who will prioritise your safety.
