Wow thanks everyone. I do have a problem with Body Odor as well. I do watch my diet. No fast food, no coffee, no coke/soda, I limit my Sugar as much as I can. I have Toasted Sesame Oil. Is this ok? I do not gargle it right, just swish it around in my mouth? And how often should I do this? 1 in the morning and 1 at night?
