I assume you are not speaking of the outer ear, which can be dried with a hair dryer on a low setting.

The inner ear and the eustachian tube can be reached only by a nasal spray. You might try a Colloidal Silver spray, or an ocean/salt water type spray. Don't blow your nose too hard so as not to force the liquid up further.
