Andy's suggestions for vitamins and supplements tend to be on the high side. I think it is to some extent geared towards mercury-toxic individuals who might be severely deficient in particular substances. Modify for your own needs.

If a protocol insists on 3 bm a day, it may be questionable. We're not that tightly clockwork even when we're completely healthy. If you are concerned about bloat and suspect that you have mucoid plaque, try going through a bottle of Oxypowder or Colosan to break and loosen it up, then try Colonix to push out whatever's left and kill any parasites.
