Re: your flush recipe

Apple cider, apple cider, apple cider...........It's got to be the kind you can't see through. I get it by the gallon right at the local grocery store. Doesn't have to be "Organic". Just regular ole apple cider. If the grocery store doesn't have it you can use the Organic kind from the healthfood store.
