Blending is the best way to maximize nutritional uptake while keeping food costs and preperation time down to a minimun.Whole food juicing is taught at all the healing retreats and should be a part of everyones lifestyle.I prefer green smoothies but will splerge on a fruit smoothie every once in a while.I really like blending radish,celery,parsley,brown flax and kelp for a morning jolt of energy.There are days where I consume only smoothies but I really like sprout sandwiches as well.Glad to here things are well with you Wheatgrass Yogi.
