Re: NDF Meir Chelation? Sorry for the confussion

TK--- The active ingredients in NDF are cilantro and chlorella. Neither of these are recommended by Andy. Cilantro is a chelator but no one knows what it is in it that chelates, how much to use in what from, or how often so you are experimenting when using it. Chlorella is a sulfer food, sulfer mobilizes Hg - some people can use it many can't. NDF has caused many very bad reactions for many people, occasionally it helps. IMO it is a bad idea, very expensive and an unknown.

ALA on the other hand is very well understood, pharmacology is understood so it can be used correctly. It is also not expensive.
