Choline and inositol normally come together as they're both B vitamins and perform similar functions. No it's not quite the same as taking phosphatidyl choline (choline helps to form phos choline).
You can get phos choline as a supplement on it's own but you could try lecithin as has been suggested. It contains choline, inositol, *plus* phosphatidyl choline and phosphatidyl inositol which are the phospholipids that choline and inositol help to form, and which benefit the brain more directly. It it doesn't do the job as Wintergreen said there are other things which may help more.
