Re: Longevity Spices and cayenne

Not sure what balness has to do with cayenne, no doubt rubbing cayenne on the scalp would help grow new hair, because cayenne thins the blood and increases circulation.

The fasting doctors avoided cayenne and vinegar because they stimulate stomach juices aka ACIDS, so ideally they are taken with bad foods.

"IF" a person was a fruitairian and of great health, then NO additional herbs would be required. Until that happens, people do well with supplementing their poor diet and the herb with the longest history is cayenne. If it were not for spices, I doubt the human race would be alive today.

Cayenne Powder mixed in water or in capsules (pure) are 2 ways I have always suggested as bad. In a formula or in a liquid, no ill side effects are felt. If you take capsules of cayenne or teaspoons mixed in water as Dr. Christopher suggest, you will hurt as you have painful explosive bowel movements.

The L/S and LBB do not have these effects, nor does the tincture.
