I am vegan...and the 'highly beneficial' under eggs & dairy list soy cheese & soy milk....This is GREAT for me because that is basically what I normally eat....
....but I can't figure out from the book by Dr. D'Adamo, what my daily/weekly allowance should be.....Do I substitute more soy product portionss for the egg & yoghurt portions???...If anyone can interpret this section for me, I would appreciate it.
