Possible strep throat

This is my first post on this forum so bear with me if I'm not in the right place. I've had a bad cough (all in the chest) for just over 2 weeks and today I woke up with about 5 white spots on the roof of my mouth and towards the back part of my throat. I'm somewhat new to natural forms of healing so I need to know what to do for this if I'm not going to a doctor and getting Antibiotics . This all started right on the tail end of a colon cleanse, starting dewormer, and a liver flush. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
