Seems if a person kept their lymphs flowing in everything else they did, there would be no need to go braless. In some businesses, it is not an option. There is too much turmoil in some cases to even try to 'stir the pot'.

By doing dry brushing, lymph massages, mini trampolines, and however else a person may stimulate their lymphatic system, a woman can prevent the likelihood of cancer, even while wearing bras, IMO.

Then again, if it works and feels good, go for it. Seems whatever makes a person happy is what works best for a person!
