Turned down for disability

So I just found out that I have been turned down for long-term disability. I have no idea what to do now. I have been sick since the end of April. I tried going back to work 3 times and each time after only 2-days of work I would relapse so bad that I wouldn't be able to get out of bed for about 5 days. I have been with my job for over 5-years, but they can't hold my position for longer then 6 months so they had to terminate me. I am currently on cobra insurance which is a huge expense, and now I will not have any money to pay my insurance, car payment, house rent, etc....

What am I suppose to do? They said I can appeal the denial, but the reason they denied me is because they can't support my disability with any medical findings.

I am trying to remain strong and positive, but it is getting harder to do so. Tweet
