sesame seeds or rice looking things are canine tape worm segments. Good job in getting them out. Look out for things that look like corn. They are flukes. Rolled up tomato looking things are flukes. There are all kinds of different varities of flukes. Anytime you see something new, share it and ask. Most of us have seen it before. Some have even posted pictures. I have pictures here on curezone. Check it out and then you will see what some of the critters look like so you don't get too freaked out. Ascaris hide in the bm and blend in so if you don't research your bm, you won't probably see them when they are eliminated. After you finish with your Humaworm, wait around 7 days and then do a Liver flush by Hulda Clark. It is easy and it will help you get out the dead critters and chaff and gullstones. This helps the bile be released better to help digest your food. It is so good for the liver and will actually turn back your aging clock. Try it. Everyone should do the liver cleanse before they do the Humaworm and then do another one after they finish the Humaworm cleanse. Hope this helps a little. Donna
