Everyone is different so it is hard to say. For me, when I first started the Humaworm, I got a horrible headache and I threw up one time. After that it was not too bad but some people experience horrible die off symptoms all the way through it. I have experienced a short term die off symptoms of only a day and then once the critters were eliminated the die off was gone like instantly and my energy level was back. After my last Humaworm cleanse was over, I started on Neem and the Humaworm was still in my system and I got extreme die off symptoms. I felt like my legs were rubbery and all my energy was zapped. My stomach was rumbling and then I did a cleansing enema and a liver flush. OMG, I got out about 13 escaris (round worms) one was 13 inches long. Tons and tons of flukes. On the liver flush I got out severl gullstones and chaff. After the ascaris and flukes were out then right away my energy level was back and I felt wonderful but I had to stop the Neem after 7 days because I couldn't take the die off symptoms anymore. I am ready to do my 3rd Humaworm cleanse. I have 16 followers now and that makes me feel so good. Hang in there, If you have a test coming up right away then maybe wait until after the test but then start as soon as you can. Keep your Humaworm in your frig to keep it fresher. Enema's can help the die off syndrome. The sooner you start your Humaworm, the sooner you will be on tract for good health. Donna
