thank you both for the info.
i take 250 mg. magnesium and also vitamin D & C.
so i'll get regular ALA and cut it up. Typically i wouldn't
be freaking out taking stuff, but i'm just not myself anymore :-(
i am trying to sweat and i do usually feel cold i take a sweater with me>
i hope my body with also naturally detox this stuff out of me.
i did take a hair analysis test and got such different interpretations
of it. wish andy himself could take a look at it.
