very interesting....I think if a person is going to supplement they should take organic whole food vitamins that's what I take. Anything else is just garbage. And of course everyone knows it's better to get your vitamins and minerals from food but most people don't do it :) I will have to disagree with the milk thing. If you can find organic grass fed milk then you're golden but otherwise...Yuck!!! It's so processed and filled with so many hormones and Antibiotics that there are barely any benefits to drinking it. I grew up on milk and at age 23 learned more about it and lets just I don't consume dairy anymore unless I can find the clean stuff :)
