DMSA reaction?

Did a three day dose of DMSA (no ALA yet) 25 mg every 4 hours. My doses ended at six I went out to eat and then at about 1:30 am (7.5 hours later) I got really hypoglycemic, (body went numb, numb tongue, lips cold, shaky) I ate some cookies and it seemed to go away. I think this has been a trigger for panic attacks in the past but not this time. Is this a reaction from going of the DMSA? Like a redistribution?
