The best form of defense is to protect yourself from never getting staph. My baby recently suffered from staph and it was horrible. It started as a pimple like break in the skin on her little arm and within 3 days we were in the hospital for 2 days.

My doctor recommended that I disinfect and sterilize my house before we brought Ethan home with some hospital strength disinfectants to kill any mrsa or staph currently in our house and to prevent any future staph infections.
