Re: --Testimonial----Fingernails & Toenails Healthier--
Unhealthy finger and toenails along with the eyes, skin, teeth and hair can all be early warning indicators of a deeper underlying health problem. We have lost sight of this in the modern world.
Even my parents knew this, however had begun to "believe", in part, that the lotions and potions we could buy and apply topically were part of the answer... not particularly diet and lifestyle.
This is not true...
The answer is an inside out one... here are a few links. There are many other websites that will expand and confirm this, along with government and university led studies. Most all of it comes from a time when people needed to know these things. Why doctors are not trained in this any more is obvious. Why people are told to apply topicals to hide (polish, lipstick, teeth veneers, etc.) or treat the problem is also obvious.

Important to keep in mind that skin can aid nutrition in general through transdermal applications... working in the soil, hydro-therapy, applications of raw, unrefined oils, etc.

My mother's third child, a girl, did not grow hair for the longest time, what little she had was thin and wispy... mom massaged warm oil into her scalp every night for a while, along with doing her best to get good solid nutrition into her (she was a sick baby) and a full head of thick, healthy hair began to grow, about the same time her health began to improve as well.
One can find all kinds of articles on animal hair appearance, health and diet tips, but any more, as with skin, when a human is in question, and the search for skin or hair problems is an issue, this or that commercial product is more often the suggested norm. This tends to "hide" the problem from the owner... as nail polish, use and abuse will hide nail issues problems. Out of site out of mind... but they do matter to YOU; why would you want to hide them?

I think you know this one, however, for the common man, without much more than a few days study\training, nail, hair, and skin health can be all one needs to understand their health from the inside out.
When you read skin and hair health nutritional articles, be sure to pay attention to the vague references to nutritional deficiencies and/or potential health indications that may be presented.
