On a more substantive note, I don't believe pectin is a sulfur food. The heading of this article leads me to think it isn't:

Sulfur foods are foods that contain free thiols, not foods that simply contain sulfur. Virtually everything we eat contains sulfur...it is one of the most common elements in the body.
