Tuna fish has more mercury than any other fish.
In my opinion, tuna is the worst thing anyone could eat.
When I was pregnant with my son, I stopped eating seafood all together.
Even back then, I knew that tuna was a no-no (and I used to eat it like there was no tomorrow).
