Since you mentioned tinctura de yodado, I assume you are in a Spanish or Portugese speaking country. Go into a farmacia and tell them you want Iodo (or Yodo) Fuerte, that you want the kind without alcohol. If they don't have it, ask them where you can get it. You do not want the tincture, as this has alcohol. Latin pharmacies are much less stringent than American pharmacies, and you should be able to get it.
