Re: can anyone help? ot

i say get some silver to the point of injury and it will heal up quick. i would do this with dmso and Colloidal Silver . if you dont make your own CS, i suggest Utopia-Silver as a good alternative. nothing beats being able to make such a valuable tool for healing and be able to make it so cheaply you can give it away. but i have two people using CS only on two different ailments, both of them being treated externally. you could reinforce the dmso treatment with internal ingestion as well. i think it would help.

stay hydrated and consider vit C in mega doses as it supports connective tissue formation. sounds to me like you ripped a tendon or some other connective tissue. you have to not use it in order for it to heal.

herbally, christophers BF&C would be helpful as well as a good daily intake of cayenne pepper.

i never recommend ibuprophen or salycilates or any of that OTC medication. if one is taking it for effect only, it is no different than any other drug user. the relief of pain should be used as a means to an ends of healing up, not as the sole focus of treatment. it is not good to not be able to feel pain. without pain, we would not have warning that something is wrong. swift, sure and proper treatment will yield better relief before a second dose of some other painkiller wears off than would a second dose. i am hard core and never consider the painkiller, therefore i cant recommend them.
