Hi Wintergreen,
I was thinking of doing that and also letting the frequent dose chelation group and maybe the Autism/mercury group about this forum. Yes it would be good if Andy was willing to post here.
Your story is very encouraging esp re the positive psychological benefits of using DMSA, though I'm not sure if lead is a problem for me. I haven't started chelating yet but plan to get down to it soon! I took a supplement with 100mg of ALA in it last autumn for about 10 days, sometimes two a day, not realising it chelated. I've been concerned since then that I moved mercury INTO my brain (I have chronic fatigue so probably started out as mostly body burden as Andy suggests). Though I had improvement esp re adrenal stress, I also had a lot of mental confusion and have had weird psychological effects/changes since and fairly severe thyroid problems.
I am hoping further chelation, at a low dose of DMSA to start off with, will help.
