Your welcome Babirye. If Humaworm can kill out ascaris (round worms) and much much more, then I think it can kill out a flu bug don't you? Watch to see what is coming out with the Humaworm cleanse and if you get lucky and get some big boys out and start feeling a burst of energy afterward then I really think it was die off. You won't know if you get out ascaris if you don't check because they hide in the bm and are the same color, they blend in is what I am trying to say. If I didn't check, then I would not have known that I had an infestation of them and I would not have been able to tell RG to personalize my second dose to the ascaris, see what I mean? I was squemish my first cleanse and I regreated it on the second cleanse. Now, I know if I am getting cleaner or if I still have to work on certain critters. It is called getting to know your body and what is going on inside. Good job in continuing the cleanse. I don't think missing a few doses will hurt you, just try to take the rest and hang in there. Remember to drink plenty of water and what will help you again might be a cleansing enema to help with your symptoms. You can put two tablespoons of epsom salts and warm water in an enema bag to do a cleansing enema or you can use the juice of two fresh lemons with warm water in an enema bag. It is not hard to do and might be so worth it to you. Hope this helps, Donna
